Palm Realty Property Management was established in 2009 with a mission to service Sarasota and Charlotte County rental property owners with their seasonal or annual property management needs. Our dedicated team is committed to offering a consistent systematic enjoyable experience to all of our customers through streamlined technologies and personable live staff. Due to a rapidly changing industry with technological advances adapting to an innovative approach is key to maximizing rental income. Our goal is to increase rental revenue, eliminate problems and handle the day-to-day requirements associated with owning a rental investment. We provide a full service experience that includes marketing, maintenance, tenant placement, property management, background checks, online payments, owner portals, tenant portals, e-signatures and bookkeeping. Our team has experience in properties ranging from single family homes, residential condos, villas/townhouses, multi-family, associations and complexes with more than 24 units. We support our team to continue to develop personally and professionally, providing them with ongoing educational opportunities, in-house training, participation in industry events and memberships with professional associations.

Mark Soravilla
Broker & Director of Operations
Mark brings more than 20 years of local real estate knowledge as a team leader and broker. His experience includes closing over 1,500 real estate transactions personally, owning rental properties in multiple counties, successfully renovating 60+ homes, sitting on the Achieva Credit Union advisory panel for Charlotte County and being on the Board of Directors for the Venice Area Board of Realtors. His focus is on overall integration, systems, objection handling and coaching.

Karen Ranallo
Maintenance Coordinator & Client Care (North Branch)
Karen is primarily responsible for coordinating repairs, scheduling cleanings, communicating with vendors, invoice collection, filing, move-in/out inspections, processing documents, file coordination, office administrative tasks, property preservation, customer communications, initial contact, meeting coordination, client follow-up, tenant pre-screenings, information verification, property service, marketing, lead generation, relationship building and client care for our North Branch.

Chelsea Jesse
Bookkeeper & Process Coordinator
Chelsea is primarily responsible for rent collections, rent payments, billing/invoicing, compliance, generating notices, creation of owner statements, bookkeeping, tax filings and implementation of systems/procedures.

Jenni Kinchelow
Leasing Specialist and Property Manager (South Branch)
Jenni is primarily responsible for meeting with property owners about their property management needs, discussing the rental process, assisting with onboarding properties, screening qualified prospects, placing tenants into properties, showing properties, performing market evaluations and customer service in the Charlotte and South Sarasota County areas.

Nicholas Cuviello
Leasing Specialist & Property Manager (North Branch)
Nick is primarily responsible for meeting with property owners about their property management needs, discussing the rental process, assisting with onboarding properties, screening qualified prospects, placing tenants into properties, showing properties, performing market evaluations and customer service in the Sarasota and North Charlotte County areas.

Cathy Ellis
